I want to make work that is bold, representative, inquisitive and inclusive.

I want to foster a culture where everyone’s voice is equally valued and everyone feels seen and listened to.

I want to always strive to understand better, to listen harder, and to implement change when needed.

I want people who collaborate with me to feel safe to take risks and, importantly, safe to fail. I want to make it clear that I don’t ever expect quick results.

I want people’s physical and mental health to be a priority - it’s only bloody theatre!

I want to empower others to play and to own and love their individual creativity and innovation.
